Tech London Advocates has been in the news – in Canada! The Globe and Mail, Canada’s leading national newspaper, has featured the group in an article on problems faced by later stage ventures in London.
Speaking to the newspaper, Tech London Advocates founder and chair Russ Shaw said:
“I formed our advocacy group to address the issue that, though London has good early-stage capital provided by angel investors, for the really successful startups, late-stage capital, and the type of management talent to run their businesses, is not as a strong as it needs to be.”
