The TLA Scale Up group is hosting a free virtual event as part of Scaleup Week: The Business Plan to explore how digital businesses are growing in the UK and what it takes to go further and expand into overseas markets.

One of Britain’s leading entrepreneurs, Aron Gelbard the co-founder and CEO of online flower delivery company, Bloom & Wild – will give a personal perspective on scaling an innovative company into overseas territories and what it takes to successfully expand a business from local to global.

Next up, a panel of international tech leaders – including the London Mayor’s International Business Programme, Global Tech Advocates and the Department of International Trade – will share insights and opinions regarding UK tech on the world stage. Panelists will discuss how the global tech ecosystem can better connect major hubs, fuel more global growth stories and demystify the support that is currently available for entrepreneurs ambitious about expanding overseas.
