As home to the world’s eighth largest economy, the seventh biggest IT market, fifth largest number of mobile phone and internet users, and the third largest recipient of FDI in 2017, Brazil ranks among the UK Department for International Trade strategic markets.

The Brazil Tech Award is the opportunity for European scale-ups in six categories – Smart Cities, Fintech, HealthTech, Agritech, Manufacturing and Creative Tech – to expand to a global emerging market.
The winner will get £70,000 in services during one year to establish its base in the city of Sao Paulo.
