The Government Equalities Office (GEO) and the Equality and Human Right Commission (EHRC) have suspended gender pay gap reporting regulations for this year, due to the Covid-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic. That means there will be no expectation for employers (of over 250 people) to report their gender pay gaps for the 2019/20 reporting year.

What does that mean for all women/womxn, mothers, carers, and singletons who are mostly tasked with familial responsibilities, be laid off post-furlough and generally bear the financial brunt? Not just those in larger companies, but freelancers, SMEs, startups and part-time employees. This discussion will offer some insights from gender pay equity advocacy leaders, data and resources for actionable takeaways.

Please note: This workshop will be recorded.
